100 Nutrition Ltd, trading as BOOST’D Nutrition, is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
This policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, costs, and what to do if issues arise.
DELIVERY AREAS
UK Mainland:
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses including England, Scotland, and Wales.
Northern Ireland:
Standard delivery available.
Scottish Highlands and Islands:
Delivery available with possible extended timeframes.
UK Offshore Islands:
Delivery available. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
International:
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
PROCESSING TIME
Order processing:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM GMT: Processed same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT: Processed next business day
- Weekend orders: Processed Monday
- Bank holidays: Processed next business day
Dispatch timeframe:
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
During busy periods (seasonal promotions, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if delays occur.
DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier):
- Cost: £3.95
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Provided via email
- Signature: Not required
Express Delivery (Next Day Courier):
- Cost: £7.95
- Estimated delivery: Next business day (if ordered before 2:00 PM)
- Tracking: Provided via email
- Signature: May be required
Free Delivery:
- Orders over £50: Free standard delivery
- Automatically applied at checkout
- Does not apply to express delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order value.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
Examples:
- Standard: 2-3 days processing + 3-5 days transit = 5-8 days total
- Express: 1 day processing + 1 day transit = 2 days total (orders before 2 PM)
Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Remote locations
- Incorrect delivery information
- Customs delays (if applicable)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Order confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Dispatch notification:
When your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Dispatch confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your parcel
- Estimated delivery date
Track your order:
Use the tracking link provided or contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
If you don’t receive tracking within 3 business days, contact us at hello@boostdnutrition.com.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Address accuracy:
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing flat/apartment numbers
- Incomplete postcodes
- Wrong contact details
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
Delivery attempts:
- Couriers typically make 1-2 delivery attempts
- If unsuccessful, item held at local depot or returned to sender
- You will receive notification of failed delivery
- Collection or redelivery instructions provided by courier
Someone must be available to receive express deliveries requiring signature.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address provided by you:
- Item returned to us
- You are responsible for redelivery costs
- Contact us to arrange redelivery
Courier error:
- We will rearrange delivery at no cost
- Contact us immediately
Repeated failed delivery attempts:
- Item returned to us after final attempt
- Refund issued minus return shipping costs
- No redelivery unless new order placed
MISSING OR LOST PARCELS
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check all possible delivery locations:
- Front and back doors
- Porch or garage
- With neighbors
- Building reception or concierge
- Safe places noted in delivery instructions
- Check with household members
- Wait 24 hours (parcels sometimes marked delivered prematurely)
- Contact us at hello@boostdnutrition.com with:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Confirmation you’ve checked all locations
Our response:
- We will investigate with courier
- Investigation takes 5-10 business days
- If parcel confirmed lost, we will resend or refund
We cannot resend or refund until courier investigation completes.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Do not discard packaging or products
- Take photos immediately:
- Outer packaging damage
- Inner packaging damage
- Product damage
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@boostdnutrition.com
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos
- Description of damage
Our response:
- Replacement sent immediately (if in stock)
- Or full refund processed
- Return label provided (if needed)
Claims after 48 hours may not be honored due to courier claim requirements.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Some addresses cannot be delivered to by standard couriers:
- BFPO addresses (military bases)
- PO Box addresses
- Some remote Scottish locations
If your address is undeliverable:
- We will contact you before dispatch
- Alternative arrangements offered
- Full refund if delivery cannot be arranged
DELIVERY DURING EXTREME WEATHER
Severe weather may cause delivery delays.
During extreme weather events:
- Couriers may suspend services
- Deliveries may be significantly delayed
- We will update you via email
We cannot be held responsible for weather-related delays beyond our control.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
UK orders:
No customs or import duties apply.
Northern Ireland (post-Brexit):
No additional charges for our products (food supplements under current regulations).
Regulations may change. Any unexpected customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Each order can be delivered to one address only.
To deliver to multiple addresses:
- Place separate orders for each delivery address
- Contact us if you need assistance with multiple orders
INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED
If you receive incorrect items:
- Do not open or use products
- Contact us immediately at hello@boostdnutrition.com
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photo of items received
- Description of error
Our response:
- Correct items sent immediately (prepaid return label provided for incorrect items)
- Or full refund if preferred
- All return postage covered by us
REFUSING DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery or fail to accept delivery:
- Item returned to us
- Refund issued minus outbound shipping costs
- Restocking fee may apply
ORDER AMENDMENTS AFTER DISPATCH
Once dispatched, orders cannot be:
- Cancelled
- Changed
- Redirected
Contact the courier directly to request delivery changes (subject to their policies).
