SECTION 6 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods, for any reason.

Return products unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of cancellation notice
We will refund the product cost (excluding delivery) within 14 days of receiving returned goods

EXCEPTIONS: Right to cancel does not apply to:

Sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene/health protection reasons)

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to:
