SECTION 6 — PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order, plus applicable delivery charges.
Payment is processed securely via PayPal or viva.com. We do not store your complete payment card details.
SECTION 7 — YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK)

RIGHT TO CANCEL (Distance Selling)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:

- Return products unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of cancellation notice
- We will refund the product cost (excluding delivery) within 14 days of receiving returned goods
EXCEPTIONS: Right to cancel does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods opened after delivery (for hygiene/health protection reasons)
- Custom/personalised orders
FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to:
- Repair or replacement (within reasonable time)
- Price reduction or full refund
