100 Nutrition Ltd, trading as BOOST’D Nutrition, is committed to customer satisfaction and compliance with UK consumer protection laws.

This policy explains your rights to return products and receive refunds under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling Regulations.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

If products are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have additional legal rights beyond those outlined here.

RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without explanation.

Cancellation period:

  • Starts the day after you receive your order
  • You have 14 days to notify us of cancellation
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods

How to cancel:

  1. Email hello@boostdnutrition.com with:
  • Your name and order number
  • Date of order and receipt
  • Statement that you wish to cancel
  1. We will send cancellation confirmation
  2. Return items within 14 days of cancellation notice

Refund processing:

  • Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods
  • Refund includes product cost only (not delivery charges, unless goods are faulty)
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • You are responsible for return postage costs (unless goods are faulty)

RETURNS CONDITIONS

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:

Acceptable for return:

  • Unopened and sealed in original packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Returned within 14 days of cancellation notice
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Not acceptable for return:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products returned after 14-day return window
  • Personalized or custom orders

Exceptions to right to cancel:

Under UK law, you cannot cancel if:

  • Sealed goods have been unsealed after delivery (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Goods are perishable or have a short expiry date
  • Custom or personalized products have been made to your specification

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive products that are:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described
  • Incorrect items

Your rights:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund (no questions asked)
  • Within 6 months: Repair, replacement, or refund
  • After 6 months: Repair or replacement (if fault existed at purchase)

What to do:

  2. Provide photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Do not discard product or packaging
  4. We will arrange collection or provide return label (at no cost to you)
  5. Refund or replacement processed within 14 days

We cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Step 1: Contact us
Email hello@boostdnutrition.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return instructions
  • Return address (if applicable)

Step 3: Package items securely

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Include all components and documentation
  • Seal securely to prevent damage
  • Include your order number inside package

Step 5: Track your return

  • Use tracked postage service
  • Keep proof of postage
  • Email us tracking number

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using tracked, insured postage.

REFUND PROCESS

Processing time:

  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Refund method:

  • Issued to original payment method only
  • PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
  • Card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days

Refund amount includes:

  • Product cost
  • Standard delivery charge (if goods are faulty/incorrect)

Refund amount excludes:

  • Return postage (unless goods are faulty/incorrect)
  • Express or premium delivery charges (unless goods are faulty/incorrect)

Partial refunds:
We may issue partial refunds if:

  • Products show signs of use beyond inspection
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Products are returned after 14-day window
  • Items are not in original condition

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund (following process above)
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures fastest processing and prevents stock issues.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded once opened:

  • Food supplements (for health and safety reasons)
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days of us receiving your return:

  1. Check your bank account thoroughly
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing delays vary)
  3. Contact us at hello@boostdnutrition.com with:
  • Order number
  • Return tracking number
  • Date we confirmed receipt

We will investigate immediately.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard packaging or products
  2. Take photos immediately
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@boostdnutrition.com
  4. We will arrange replacement or refund

Required information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging
  • Photos of damaged products
  • Brief description of damage

Claims made after 48 hours may not be honored as we need to file courier claims promptly.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you’re not satisfied with product quality (not condition), contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CHANGE OF MIND AFTER 14 DAYS

After the 14-day cancellation period, we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind.

However, we may accept returns at our discretion within 30 days if:

  • Products are unopened and sealed
  • Packaging is undamaged
  • You contact us first

Returns accepted after 14 days may incur restocking fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns from outside the UK:

  • Same conditions apply
  • Customer responsible for return postage and customs fees
  • Must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping costs
