01 / Meet Bee

A personal journey.
A considered approach.

Bee’s journey into Ayurveda began in 2022 following personal health challenges. Her experience prompted her to explore food, everyday habits and her relationship with wellbeing, and later to study Ayurvedic practice.

In her own introduction, Bee describes family life and time in nature as important influences. As a mother and wife, she values the place that food and daily routines have in family life.

Her work through Bee Natural Ayurveda brings those interests together with her formal training. You are invited to start with a conversation about your own circumstances and what you would like to explore.

Training & qualification

Bandhana Karwal received her Diploma in Ayurvedic Practice with Distinction from Ayurveda Institute UK on 9 October 2026.

02 / Your consultation

Time to talk about what matters to you.

An Ayurvedic consultation with Bee begins with your circumstances. Her approach includes discussing your health history and current concerns alongside your diet, daily routines and personal wellbeing goals.

Food & daily routines

Discuss your eating habits and the routines that shape your day. The conversation gives Bee context for your interests in Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle guidance.

Your wellbeing goals

Explain what you would like to explore, what you have tried and what you hope to understand. You can ask about the scope of Bee’s guidance before deciding on an appointment.

Online & phone consultations worldwide

Speak with Bee online or by phone from anywhere in the world. Email your country, time zone and preferred times to discuss appointment availability and how the consultation will take place.

In person in Birmingham

03 / Getting started

Your first step is a conversation.

01. Send Bee an email

Include your name, country, time zone, preferred times and whether you are interested in an online, phone or in-person appointment. A short introduction is enough; you do not need to send a detailed medical history in your first email.

02. Have your free 15-minute call

Ask about the consultation process and discuss what you are looking for. This is an introductory conversation, giving you space to get to know Bee and ask whether her approach fits your needs.

03. Discuss your next appointment

If you would like to continue, discuss the format, duration, fee and availability with Bee before booking a full consultation. Full consultation pricing is being finalised.
